If you wish to enroll online, you can receive the discount by indicating "10% Frequent Trainer Discount" in the Special Requests box provided in the online registration form.
Note that a revised receipt will be forwarded to you as the automatically generated receipt for online orders will not reflect your 10% discount. However, this automatic receipt will not affect your credit card billing in any way. Your credit card will be billed the discounted amount only.
