In order for States to have "approved" regulatory programs, their regulations must be at least as stringent as the federal regulations. Many state environmental regulations simply mirror those of the EPA. However, some states have requirements which go beyond that of the federal regulations. This course does not include the possible additional requirements set forth in State regulations but links to state environmental agencies are provided in order to contact State environmental agencies and determine additional requirements. | |||
