| Training requirements for WTP and WWTP operators | As of 2000: CEUs are awarded upon the successful completion of each course offered by the Training Center. The number of CEUs vary for each course as determined by the Board of Certification. Training session announcements and the annual training calendar indicate the number of CEUs for each course. |
| Coursework approval | As of 2000: Courses must be approved by the Training Center |
| Test completion | Passing the exam is mandatory, and 70% correct or better is considered passing |
| Certificate of course completion | A certificate of completion must be presented to everyone who completes a course. |
