Our Policy for Course Completion

It is our policy that students taking our courses must comply with certain requirements in order to receive a certificate of completion.  These requirements include:  

1. Students must complete the course, meaning that they must complete every assignment.
2. Students must submit responses for the online interactive exercises, and satisfactory responses must be provided.  
3. Students must pass the test and obtain a passing score or 60% correct.
4. Students must complete the evaluation form.

We will not provide a certificate of completion until students complete the course based on our policy's specifications.

Students should also be aware that when using our courses for PDHs, their certifying organization may have additional specifications on what will count for PDHs and what will not count for PDHs.  Please see our summary of possible PDH documentation for more information.
