| Training for Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operators | |
| Specification | State Requirements |
| Training requirements for WWTP operators | As of 6/20/00: 12 hours of approved training annually for wastewater operators (excess can be carried forward for one year, only). |
| Coursework approval | As of 6/20/00: The Wastewater Licensing Committee (WLC) approves training. |
| Course completion and test scores | Students must successfully complete all assignments and students must receive a passing score of 70% correct or more on the test in order to receive continuing education hours. Check out student obligations when taking courses for credit for more information. |
| Certificate of course completion | Course certificates should be forwarded to the operator and the ADEQ and must contain the operators license number and social security number. |

The following courses were approved May 17, 2000,
through the WLC, as well as the following additional courses that were
verbally approved on June 20, 2000. Please
check with the State to determine if these courses are still available
for credit.
